Buyer Return policy

"My experience with pc nation was horrible...The ordering process was easy and product arrived accordingly...However the return policy is another story...Please Please Please examine their return policy you don't want to end up like me...I bought a printer feeder..never open the box or anything..not only did they want you to get an approval for shipping it back but you have to pay for the return which cost anywhere from 77 dollars to 96 dollars plus a restocking fee of 20 to 30 percent which comes to another 25 dollars ...The procduct i bought only cost 119 dollars so do the math..it was not worth it to send it back. I asked if i could use their account for shipping i was told NO...So now i am stuck with a brand new feeder with nothing to operate it with...I will NEVER EVER BUY from them again..The customer service was horrible from Grant after that i spoke with Freddie (let me check into for you but nothing happend)..He ask you to send him an email then states he will call you back... when you question him about the return he starts yelling at you. It took more than 7 days to get a response Rashad and ashanti it seems are the only people that actually know what is going on at the company to get service and something actually done.. "

Good Luck

"Good luck ordering from PCNation. If you don't have to deal with shipping shortages, damaged product, or other issues related to your order, you might have good luck.

I had problems, easily fixable? Doesn't seem like it. NOPE, shipping a missing part of my order seems to be problemmatic. I'm now looking at 15 days from order date to resolution of a missing DIMM, one that is in stock.

No response from email to customer support, even though I have 1 (ONE) business day to report a missing item. Why offer a "cares" email address if nobody bothers to respond to it?

Anyway, chat seemed to resolve the issue and the missing memory would ship the next day. I ask for the shipping number multiple times via email and no responses. Finally today, I get on chat again and now my missing parts won't ship until 3 more days, maybe 4.

Be like me, take your business elsewhere. Credit card chargeback may be my only option if 1 memory stick doesn't show in the next 4 days.

This is a lie, from their order acknowledgement, "*We Cut Prices...Not Corners*"
