Unlike the first place I tried to purchase the unit from, their checkout process didn't bog down and crash. Their automated emails kept me up to date on my order and shipment. "Poor product labeling on the website led to me ordering a peripheral that was not compatible with my PC. After contacting customer service, they claimed the website was fine, the mistake was my fault for not understanding what I was buying, and that I should just "go to Amazon" and buy an adapter to make the peripheral work.
I've ordered electronics from a range of different places including Newegg, CableLeader, Staples, OfficeDepot, Best Buy, PCCables.com, eBay, etc. and I've never dealt with customer service this poor. After an hour and a half on the online chat with them, they refused to offer a refund for the rush delivery I paid for, and said they would only accept a return if I paid a $15 restocking fee plus return shipping (on a $20 item)."

Make sure you order with ample time ahead. Don't order if there's a holiday in the upcoming week.
Their prices a little lower than most competitors and that was my initial draw when ordering from them and not Amazon, B&H Photo, etc. I ordered a monitor that was about $30 less than on Amazon and BH Photo. That's where all the problems started.
Originally I ordered on a Sunday night. On Monday I get an email that my credit card was declined. I reordered on Tuesday and again it was canceled a few minutes later. Called the Credit Card company and they said the security code was entered incorrectly. Talked to Matt at customer service and he said it was an issue with the security code as well. Not sure whose fault that was. I've used this card for other/bigger purchases with no issues. Ordered one more time and it went through. Reading other reviews, you can see that this has happened to other customers. Another Yelper said this company has a verification period for the credit card orders or something. It's easy to find their review.
I spoke with a customer service rep named Matt. He was professional and nice on the phone. When on the phone I said I'm not 100% expecting this to arrive the day after Christmas due to the holiday chaos, but he reassured that the item would at least be shipped before.
So I ordered on Monday, December 23rd after reaching out to customer service about the card. Matt let me know that the two orders that were declined were removed and he said my most recent order went through. Again, appreciate his help.
On their website when I ordered it said,"Estimated arrival would be Dec. 26th, Thursday." It also said this order includes FREE Expedited Two-Day Shipping. Nice! So I thought.
I received an email on Monday confirming my order AND saying that the item had shipped. Might actually arrive on Thursday like the website said. Nope!
First, I never received tracking information, even though the order form says it's usually emailed within 24 hours. So on Thursday after not receiving the item I emailed them asking for the tracking. Then on Friday, Dec. 27th I get an email saying part of my order has shipped and included the tracking number. Upon checking the tracking number on UPS' website you can see that the item hadn't even shipped yet!
Second, the email I received with the tracking number now says the shipping method is UPS Ground: 4-7 business days, NOT the Free 2 day expedited shipping on the product page and the order page. They say it takes 1 business day to process, but it's been 4 days and still not shipped. The fact that on their site it clearly says processed in 1 business day. Four days and still not shipped. I had wanted this to arrive on Thursday or Friday at the latest in order to do some work before the weekend.
*Item arrived on Saturday, December 28th. If they just were upfront about shipping times, I'd be perfectly fine with this.
