"Worst experience ever! Ordered TV on Sunday, told order could not be completed until credit card authorization. After a few emails, told everything okay, thanks for order. Next email said another form of validation required to ensure the order was placed by the card holder. More emails, then told better if order just cancelled because could only sell at the advertised price on Cyber Monday. Never have experienced such a runaround ever with an online purchase. I seriously doubt they even had the television I ordered. Luckily was still able to order same television at the same price through Rakuten.com who I have dealt with before and should have ordered from in the first place. Okay...update. Today December 5th, received notice from Rakuten.com, turns out they don't have this television in stock after all so my order was cancelled. Should have gone to a local store and it would be set up and ready to go five days ago. PCNation and Rakuten, never again!"
"Brought a motherboard from PCNation, and turns out that their "new" motherboard is used and actually broken, it did not work at all! Before I did anything to the motherboard, I Found a few scratches on the motherboard itself and every screw hole had a clear indication that The product was clearly used before. "

"Before purchasing from this company I looked at many reviews. Some were pretty negative and others were positive. I do not usually post reviews but I felt this was necessary! This company shipped my product faster than expected. 4-10 days but I received on the 3rd day. Also, when the first email came out I did not have a tracking number. I emailed customer service to inquire about this and within a day they emailed me back with the information I needed. VERY SATISFIED and will use this company again. Thank you PCNATION."
"Placed an order a week ago from this site mainly because they offered quick service. Checked the status today and noticed that it hadn't been shipped. Called customer service and was told that it was "hung up in the system"--not sure when they would have discovered this if I hadn't called. The customer service rep's only explanation was that they "aren't perfect." I asked if a price adjustment could be made to compensate the work downtime this is causing, and was offered $3. In the future, I will be ordering from a company that at least makes an attempt to achieve customer satisfaction."

"Ordered a tablet (Lenovo S6000 32G) for my wife and PCNation had what looked like a great price. However, despite the page clearly advertising it as "New", the tablet we received was a refurbished model. Because it was priced comparatively the same as other sites selling the tablet as a refurb, we figured there was little point in sending it back and spending the same money on a refurb elsewhere. On the plus side, shipping was quick and my order left the warehouse quicker than expected. I just wish what we received was what PCNation actually said they'd be sending us."

"I ordered a Pelican Case from PCNation because the price was good & the shipping was free...at first. Soon after my order was placed I received a call from PCNation saying they were out of stock in my area and now even though my order went through with free shipping included I was told I have to pay for shipping now. I guess it's my fault "they are out of stock in my area". If that was the only problem I would not be writing this. After the case arrived to my surprise the wheels that show in every picture on there web site & amazon site are no wear to be found. Even the box the case came in shows that wheels should be in the box I'm about to open. No where is it mentioned on PCNations pages that "wheels are sold separately". PCNation was willing to do NOTHING about this. They admitted that it shows that the wheels come with the case. All they said to me was "we can send you the wheels right away for full cost". So what started at $270 to get what I really ordered is now going to cost $350. The unwillingness of PCNation to help me out in any way is astonishing & will make it a point to keep people away from them.
So after this review PCNation called me the next day and let me know they are sending out the wheels free of charge. THANK YOU PCNation for making this right!!!"
"Avoid this store like the plague. They are unethical and not worthy or trust or your business. I ordered a $3000 Ultra HD 4k TV on Day 1, and the website showed it was in stock and ships within 1 day. I got an email several hours later asking me to confirm the shipping and billing address, which I did immediately. 2 days later I get an email saying my order is on hold and I need to call in. I do that immediately, and am told that I never responded to their email on Day 1; I explained I did and forwarded the sent email with a time stamp which was now acknowledged as received but this customer service rep. The rep told me that the order would now ship on Day 4. I asked if I would be notified when it was shipped and he said yes. On Day 5, I had received no notice so I sent an email to inquire. On Day 6, I get an email back from this rep that the item was now in backlog and not expected for several weeks. I was furious, communicated my displeasure, and the rep responded it was too bad but they "thought their distributor would have the item so that why it was listed as in stock". They never had it in stock, nor probably do they have anything in stock. I cancelled the order. Totally disreputable company."
