"As a gamer i'm always trying to find the greatest deal. PC Rapids is a great place to shop. However, the one thing about purchasing many things online that i've notice is that there isn't one website that will adjust to the buyer. We all know that customers should do there homework before making a purchase. But what if a website did the information for you. Say if you guys had a rating system. For 4 kinds of computer users business professional, the hardcore gamer, the home user, and of course the computer tech. Now rate all inventory with those items and rate each item according to the current market you'll have an extremely friendly site with less miscommunication.
The one thing I did notice was the offering of upgrading a purchase. What would of been really nice if you guys gave reason for updating. ie why would they want to spend the extra 10 bucks for the retail. To offer comparative advantage.

"Experience good-all worked the way it should this time. Previous time though had excessive harassment regarding upgrades, inability to verify credit card without sending picture ID and credit card picture even though this is virtually the same order.
Will know if experience continues when product received and is installed.

"I waa not happy with service. Emplooyees said they would call me back in ten minutes and I did not hear from them for hours. In fact, I had to call back several times. Also, I had my mailing address of my credit card at a post office box and I gave them my home address to ship instead of a technicians address and we went back and forth.I spoke to accounting and they said they would speak to a supervisor and they would call me back, they never did call me back until I called them the next day.They finally did call back after I once again called them to tell me they would not ship to my PO box. Finally, they agreed to ship to my home. This whole order was very frustrating. Also, the employees did not speak clear English and it was very difficult to communicate with them."

"I have tried them in the hopes that they were not bzboys or micro-x or a subsidiary of micro-x, but have found out that they are. Every single time I have ordered from any of the above companies I experience the same thing. Pcrapids is no different. Difficult to contact, slow as everything to ship, slow to arrive, and when you do contact them they give excuses such as it is in pretesting, when you never selected pretesting or any add on item whatsoever. They call you after you place the order to try and sell you warranties and extended plans and what not, and then are so slow to ship that if you are a business like mine, they would put you out of business as your own customer would not wait this long and go elsewhere."
