"Ordered ATI video card and what I received was not as pictured on website (OEM package). Card came in plain box without OEM software and manual. I tryed to contact these clowns by phone on numerous occations but they never answered. Only received automated e-mail responses that did nothing to correct problem.
When I returned the item they tried to charge me a return fee but my credit card company agreed with me and went after the company for the money they owed me.
Please do yourself a favor and do not order from PC Rapids. "
"I was expecting a quick e-mail response, due to the short OEM CPU warranty on the motherboard combo I purchased.I did not. I was happy with e-mail notification proccess and the automated rating request (even before I received the part.)I have built a number of computers for myself and others over the years and I am aware when the CPU or the board is defective and I just want it replaced or to be instructed as to why this board would not fire-up totally .Yes it does receive power to the cpu fan."

"Decent pricing and good email contact on order status. However, order took way too long to ship (CPU/MB combo). Placed the order early morn on 10/16, but parts did not ship until 10/21. Shouldn't take this long to process an order.

"HORRIBLE! Waited 2 weeks no response (order "In Process") they sent an e-mail asking if I wanted the extended warranty, I didn't so I didn't reply. When I called they said they didn't ship since there was no reply (though the e-mail didn't say I had to reply!) not 10 mins later they call me up saying the OEM chips were bad and they were sending them back and would get them friday and would ship out then (geee think they want me to get that warranty? A bad bunch of chips... right...) Anyway the next day I got 3 e-mails dated 4am, 2 were repeats saying they couldn't contact the bank or insufficent funds. (Bank One, over 10 grand in account) the 3rd saying I cancelled the order (I sure would have) God I hope there are better internet vendors!!!"

He told me that the mainboard I purchased was a little quirky with the 1 gig memory module and said I would be better off with two 512 modules instead.
