"I've ordered from PC-Canada several times over the last three years. I love how i can see the real-time stock in each of the warehouses. On my latest order, I received shipment notification 56 minutes after placing my order... now that's efficient. Prices are very good too."

"I've bought from PC-Canada many times in the past and been happy with the service. It was only when I needed to return a product that I realized their return policy really sucks.

We ordered a video card for a server and it turned out this oddball server only works with very low powered cards and the one we ordered was not compatible.

Within 2 weeks we had requested an RMA to return the card that didn't work (in new condition in the original packaging) so that we could buy (from PC-Canada) a card that we had determined would work.

They gave us some nonsense about how it had been too long to request an RMA. It hadn't even been 2 weeks! I called to inquire why and they said it was up to their distributor to take it back and because it had been opened they wouldn't. End of story.

So now we're stuck with this essentially brand new video card that is of no use to us. We'll be buying the replacement card and taking our future business elsewhere. PC-Canada has good prices but for a few bucks more I'd rather shop at Newegg, Direct Canada, Canada Computers, NCIX or the many other tech companies we've dealt with that have normal return policies."

"I have had good luck with PC-Canada.com. I've ordered over 20 items from them over the past couple of years and have had good luck every time. Prices almost always beat the big box stores and shipping is fast. My PA271W-BK-SV monitors came from PC-Canada and we saved over $400 on those alone. I buy all my Epson 3880 ink from them too. Tried BestDirect.ca a couple times since their shipping was free, but they never delivered either of my orders. Totally useless, but PC-Canada has been quite good.

"***BAD COMPANY! BEWARE*** I ordered (2) 46" NEC Monitors. On their website, they had them priced at $1,509.00 each. I placed the order, went through the checkout and finished the process. By next Tuesday, I had received no further communication. I FINALLY found the phone number that is deliberately hidden on their site. When I got through, the lady found my order and explained that my order was on hold, waiting for "customers price approval". It was explained to me that the price on their site was below their cost and the new price would be almost $1,700 each. I canceled the order and bought elsewhere. BAD COMPANY! BEWARE!"
