"One of my Synology NAS hard drives died and must be replaced quickly. As I regularly bought on PC-Canada for their good price and support, I search a replacement disk on their web site. I must choose a compatible hard drive according synology compatibility list. As the PC-Canada page of the disk that I want to buy was a little unclear, I use the chat support to obtain detailed infos. I receive the precise answer to my question by email on the same day, so I can order the disk on the afternoon at 15:30, got the disk the next day in the morning at 9:00, replace it and repair my RAID structure. Finally, my RAID6 structure has been repaired very quickly. In conclusion, good prices, good support, stock availability, quick delivery, I give them 5 stars. Also, you can have chat and support in french."

"I purchased this computer from the company - a surface laptop. When I tried setting up the computer it went all the way to set up; language, keyboard etc. Then it went into the sign on screen and asked for a password - there were two users - I found this strange because I did not set up passwords yet...I tried every known password I had but could not get on. In my frustration I called the company where I was met with several individuals who said it basically wasn't their problem and I should call MS. I told them I wanted to return it - I was told they were not sure I could, they would check into it and it may take several week (3 or more to be exact). Next day out of sheer frustration (and the fact that they had my money and wasn't willing to do anything about it) I called MS where I was informed that the warranty on this laptop began in June (3 months earlier) - so in fact this was not a new computer it was used!! After calling the company I spoke to a Dave who told me a manager would call me back (how many times have you heard that) - I told I would wait on the phone while he got a manager - manager never came so I hung up after 30 minutes. Someone called back name Bill - bill who I had to ask for a last name - Bill began by telling me that maybe it was something I did! Then he began telling how I should be nicer to his staff (omg!!) and that he would look into it and get back to me (because he had meeting to go to now so he could deal with it now). I told him what I was told my Microsoft (MS) and he dismissed it as - well MS doesn't know - maybe the computer was returned and then restocked and then sent out - that could happen but he doesn't know for sure - he would get back to me. I've taken the time to write this because I know they have my money and they could take forever to do anything about it - cause I'm just a voice on the phone. I may have been 'rude' as Bill puts it - but I wonder how 'Bill' would react if he were in the same situation. I will update this review if/when the matter is resolved"
