"The website said the items were in stock. When I made the purchase, I got an e-mail saying my items were in backorder. They took my money for the item, and gave me no information on a refund. After a few days, they wrote that one of the items was out of stock, while the other item was NO LONGER AVAILABLE and "doesn't exist."
Regarding the item that is out of stock, they wrote that they don't know when they will get the item back in stock.
They took my money and they did not even give me a refund for they item which is no longer available nor for the item that is not in stock.
This website is FAKE and are run by LIARS. They grab money from customers and don't give it back.

"If you have every provided incorrect credit card information, this will be of interest to you. I provided the incorrect expiry date on my cc, resulting in a delay in the order being processed.
The correct information was provided and the order was still shipped sameday, even though everything was processed at 4:30 PM (3:00 is the daily cut off).

This PC was shipped all the way from British Colombia and the shipment still managed to arrive in only one business day. When I got the PC it was in flawless condition. Everything was in order and there were clear instructions given on how to get the computer up and going. "I made a purchase on the PC-Canada website. After a week without news, I contacted the customer service by email to request a follow-up. I received an answer the next day who told me they were going to check.
I later received a phone call informing me that the item was now more expensive and that I should pay the difference. After insisting, they told me they would honor the starting price and ship my order ASAP.
The next day, I wanted to track my order in my account and I simply realize that they had deleted my order without notifying me.
I was disappointed with the service I received from PC-Canada.
And ironically, as a result of this waiting time, I found the same product at a competitor for a lot cheaper and free shipping!

I see complaints about stock availability, it's because they are a drop shipper and have no control of stock. Many online stores use the same distributors so the stock is not up to date. All you have to do is check other online stores, same stock
Not being honest when they say on their site Shipping 1-3 Business days from our Canadian warehouses // 5-10 Business days from our US warehouse. They don't own warehouses. It's not their warehouses but the distributors warehouses.

"First off, scroll down and look at their fake 5 star reviews, which for some reason have every first letter of every word capitalized (most likely written by the same person). Clearly fake, and likely done in order to try and hide the real reviews that are less than ideal.
Their return policy states that you will be charged a 20% or $40 minimum restocking fee (whichever is GREATER) on non-defective product that you return. Oh, and that only applies to un-opened product; if you opened that box, you can't return it. Nice, right?!
They also state that once the product is shipped you cannot cancel the order. Which is fine, and actually should be pretty obvious as it's with the shipper at that point... or is it? They will send you a product shipped email ridiculously quick after clicking purchase. This may be a conspiracy on my part, but it's been 2 business days and the tracker they gave me states that UPS had not even received my graphics card. Kinda feels like they just say it's shipped so you can't cancel your order.
OK, fine- so you have to deal with a little bit of underhanded play with their shipping and return policies- so what? Let's continue on with the fact that they don't offer any price protection OR price matching among competitors.
Unless the price is SO low on the product that you are ready to deal with everything stated above, avoid this company like the plague. "
"once you purchased a product from PC-Canada, consider it final sale doesn't matter what. There is no way they can refund you. If the box is open, and the product is faulty (Dead on Arrival) in my case, PC-Canada refer you to the manufacturer which manufacturer will refer you back to them.
If the box is open and the product is not up to standard, there is simply no return.
Again be careful, you buy an item from PC-Canada, there is no return the moment they receive the payment.
Their shipment is fast. Customer service is horrible to get someone to get back to you."
