Basically 7.95 x 45.7mm but has a thumb grip which widens to 10.5mm
Wire length is 12.25inches, so including the handgrips, the cable adds 14inches extension in a straight line.

I bought this brand because it has all 3 voltages (3.3, 5.0 and 12.0). Some brand/models only have 5 & 12.

I rate the product "excellent" !

This company has a history of false advertising

"I purchased some Surface Pro 6 computers and received the previous year's model (Surface Pro 2017) rather than what was advertised on their website. Instead of exchanging with the proper devices they wanted me to do an RMA, then purchase a different, more expensive SKU, despite them advertising it as a Surface Pro 6. They also list a resellerratings.com score of 8.8/10 when we can all clearly see it's sitting at a 2.5/10 at the time of this writing. "

Don't trust the fake 5 star reviews

"MANY of the "5 star" reviews seemingly just pop up and this is the only company those accounts have reviewed... they are like a game dev in google play reviewing themselves with multiple accounts...

I am obviously not the only person they've done this to based on other reviews... you go to their site, buy an item advertised at a sale price and in stock... only to have them back-order it after order confirmation, then, after the sale promotion is over, they inform you that you need to pay more for the item they already offered you at a lower price. They are a scam! They do not deserve to be in business, and no one should support these crooks. They keep doing this! (BTW, it took them 6 weeks and 3 failed ETA dates to finally say we have it in stock but you need to pay more).

Fast Delivery and great customer Service

No Honouring Of Your Order Price

"Was contemplating ordering a gaming headset, Platronics Rig 800lx Headset, that was on back order. The price was good also for it was on sale for 108.99.

I spoke with customer service named Veronica Rivera about the back order. She said they would email the manufacturer and ask when it should be shipped. She immediately got back to me and said it would take 2-3 weeks for the product to arrive on my doorstep despite it being label as back order. So I said thank you for the great customer service and ordered the product February 26, 2019, she was very nice.

Fast forward to today, one day before the 3 week "arrival date,", I sent out an email asking if there was any update on the delivery. I get an email back from Veronica saying,

"Good Morning,

I wanted to follow up on below as I’m the one who advised of eta.

The distributor has advised stock has arrived, unfortunately the sale has expired from the manufacturer.

The current price is $194.99, please let me know if you wish to proceed and accept the current price.

You may also email me if you wish to cancel the order, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

So one day before the expected arrival price, they up it from 108.99 to 194.99 with no compensation or "Honouring" their price order from me even though I received reassurance from their customer service.

After countless phone calls a manager (who was dodging me after customer service telling me the manager was not in then tripped up on the phone and said the manager was in and that they would call me) instead of saying they were going to "call me back" just emailed me and said that our prices can increase whenever, so basically your screwed if they decide that they do not want to honour any sale or price on an order on their website.

I highly recommend you stay away from ordering from this company. Especially since they can increase the price at any moment and not honour any sale they provide on their website.

Terrible service.

Absolutely Terrible

"I would give zero stars if I could. read terrible reviews of this site online before purchasing but the price was good so I gave them a chance. As many reviews have stated, you place the purchase on the website at a given price, only to have PC-Canada.com come back and tell you the price is substantially higher once they have taken your payment info. I ordered a gaming headset for $104, they contact me in the morning saying they had incorrect information on the payment so i phoned them to verify, then later in the day I get an email saying the promotional price is over and the headset it $194. Looks like all the bad reviews on other sites are justified. Stay away!!!"

Ordered 3 Asus all-in-one computers - Excellent response times.

"I ordered three Asus all in one computers, and everything has been exceptional. I was told the computers were on backorder for two weeks, which I expected as they had been selling out on all other websites I had tried.

My communication via email with a service representative was excellent. She was able to quickly tell me an approximate date. I later emailed again around the date they gave me when it would be shipped, and they quickly responded saying it was shipped today and provided a tracking number.

It's hard to get fast and accurate responses from online companies these days, especially over email. Props to PC-Canada

Terrible Experience

"I ordered a GPU from PC Canada and after a full week of my order being confirmed but waiting to be processed I contacted their customer service to see if there was a problem. The representative who replied was very rude and did not to try hide the company's lack of concern for small customers like myself. I finally called in and got my order processed only to find out that the product had gone out of stock and been back ordered. I was given no notice prior to this that placing an order does not mean that the product is reserved for you and that it can still be sold to someone else if PC Canada chooses to process that customer's order before yours regardless of the time it was placed. The product has since been discontinued meaning all of my effort has been for nothing. At this point I went to write a review on their site where suspiciously they say their customers have given them 8.8/10 ratings, yet the only place I could find to write a review was on a product where there is a request to not mention the retailer, customer service or shopping experience in the review. Makes you wonder how legitimate their customer experience ratings page is. Very unprofessional company, will be sticking to other more reliable retailers in the future."

HORRIBLE!

""Purchased a product. Product is defective!. Customer service wants to charge me the full shipping cost on the items I kept in my order that were fine, PLUS they want to charge more shipping for a replacement! If I want a refund of the item, then it is at their discretion once they get it back, to tell you whether the item is defective or not, and you may not even get a refund at all! What kind of choices are those!!!??? Better off shopping ANYWHERE else, even if it costs a bit more! STAY WITH THE REPUTABLE COMPANIES - THIS ONE IS NOT!!!"

Terrible experience

"First they deceived me about when to expect the product. They then forgot to bill me until a month after receiving it. I received a tracking notice also a month later, leading me to think they used my credit card for another purchase that I didn’t make. This led to much stress and calls to my Visa, e-mails to the company, a chat with the company and research to find upper management. The latter never bothered replying to me. I went to BBB and they admitted fault but took no responsibility for all the stress and worked they caused. Avoid this lousy company whenever possible.

You never know whats in your shipping box

"Had bought a $100 SteelSeries m500 keyboard from them(Have invoice from pc-canada that I fully paid for this keyboard), 3 days later when I opened my parcel, it became a laptop screen protector. So I called customer support, they told me that on their system I actually bought this screen protector for $100. They grant me a return label, but refuse to ship the keyboard because its out of stock even though on their website this keyboard still has 10 items left. "

POOR Customer support, poor returns.

"Purchased a product. Product is defective, customer service wants to to ship it back on MY COST. It will cost me over 1/3 product price to ship it back and then I have to pay another shipping fee for replacement. I wanted to support Canadian company and now Im paying for it. Better off with Amazon.... no bs there."
