"Ordered a refurbished LCD TV from PC Connection for a terrific price after rebate as a Christmas gift. Shipping was fast and free, but the TV arrived with scratches and appeared used. I sent an email to PC Connection via their contact me page on Christmas day, the next morning they replied indicating they would happily exchange the TV and provided a link to print a pre-paid UPS label. A day later a new TV showed up at my door - we had only dropped off the first one the night before so they did an advance exchange.
This was my first order, but I am impressed with their customer service - I will order from them again!"

"This is a second purchase from PC Connection and another disappointment as the first one was. Product is unavailable then same item showed up with higher on its web. I will say the seller is unreliable, very untrusted, not responsible in any way, for sure will never fall the third time.
Think twice before purchase! You will lose time and get stress from them.

"I used to buy my pc gadgets from this store and had pleasant experience. However recently this store quality has fallen apart. I am not sure if it is under different management or they start hiring incompetent people especially the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a TV from them and thought since I receive a confirmation from them, life is good. Two days later, I still havent heard anything from them and apparently they cancelled my item without even sending a cancellation email. How rude and unprofessional. No way I am going to spend my money in this store anymore! They are others that provide much better service and better price!"
"This store is an example of extremely poor business practices. They emailed Black Friday specials and allowed customers to continue ordering and ordering, even after the products were supposedly "out of stock". I was online about to order from another store when I received an email with their ad. I ordered from them and a few minutes later received a confirmation email. 5 days later, I received a cancellation notice. If they would have just notified me they were out when I ordered, it would have given me time to order else ware. PC Connection will never get my business, and when it comes to ordering for our school district, I will recommend that they are black listed for poor business practices."
"I am absolutely disgusted with PC Connection and won't ever be ordering from them again. I ordered my netbook as SOON as I got the email (at about 12:16am on black friday) and received the order confirmation. I never ever received an email saying the order was canceled or that there was an issue. I called in 5 days later wondering where my netbook was since it said it was shipping the same day. I was told the order was canceled and I should have received and email. I check my email all the time (and my junk email) and I am very sure that they did not send an email (as they later claimed they did). I get all other emails from them, including their sales newsletters, order confirmations, etc. I was immediately told there was nothing they could do as the website messed up and that they were not offering compensation.
Clearly they know nothing of marketing, customer service or how to manage a problem. The price difference between what they sell the netbook for regularly and the black friday price? Maybe $140 or so. What's the price of losing a customer for life? A lot more. They just lost this one."

"I attempted to buy one of the Black Friday Lenovo netbooks for the advertised $199. I had an order confirmation email at 12:15AM on the 27th that stated "ships today" on availability. By the 28th, my order status had changed to backordered. On the 28th, I found the same model number on their website, under a different item number at the regular price, that showed as in stock. Now today on 12/01, I got one of the "overwhelming demand" order cancellation emails. I have purchased several items from them in the past and was very pleased, so this is unexpected. It is sad to see they have backed out of so many Black Friday orders. I will be very reluctant to buy from them again."

"I tried to purchase multiple TV's on Black Friday from PC Connection and I even passed up other deals thinking I had already purchased these TV's. It turns out that PC connection tricked me as well. This is a snippet of the email they sent me "Unfortunately, our systems were unable to successfully process the sudden overwhelming demand and this special product with promotional pricing ran out of stock before your order finished processing.". The funny thing is I made two orders for the TV's. My order numbers were 45281868 and 45282081. My guess is that there are at least 213 other people that got the same confirmation and then cancellation email that I received. I spoke with pcconnection.com that day on the phone and they refused to remedy the situation and claim there was not a manager willing to speak with me. It is sad that businesses feel that there is no need to keep there customers happy. It never seemed to cross there mind that I might return to shop there if they made some type of substitution. I have never had problems like this from tigerdirect.com, newegg.com or amazon.com therefore I continue to shop at these stores. I hope that these people change there ways before it is too late."
"This is by far the WORST shopping experience ever! On black friday, I ordered 2 Toshiba LCD and got a confirmation emails. After reading the reviews on this website, I grew worried. I went on their website to check for my status and it said they canceled both of my orders without notifying me via email. I had to call my bank the very same night to block my CC so these people can't get a hold of my money. What a hassle!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!"
