"Little late on delivery but it's worthy one"

Everything is working and they did send fast.
Canada post = Canada POTZ dealing with packages, I hope that PDAplaza will change carrier but this is not their issue.
I like the selection they have and they do respond well to questions.

"Everything was good, and the price was reasonable. However, it took more than one and a half months to receive the item. The PDA Plaza staff was very responsive and cordial whenever I contacted them to follow up on the delivery. I hope delivery of my next order will be earlier.

"Ordered a Huawei GT pro as they weren't widely available in Canada. Found PDA Plaza and was a bit hesitant since I didn't know how legit they were. The payment process was not smooth as the payment options are very limited. PayPal kept rejecting the payments and tried their second option through Sezzle. My watch arrived just under two weeks from the purchase date. The item was brand new and I am very happy with my purchase. My only criticism is perhaps have a more streamlined paying process to avoid hesitation. "

"The product I had ordered was exactly what was purchased online. Responses when I inquired on delivery updates were quick; however, it did seem like the responses were standard responses versus specific as a response I received didn't specifically address the quick I had asked.

I would have provided 5-stars if the delivery time wasn't outside the estimated delivery time provided when I had ordered my phone. It took 18-business days longer than what was originally noted at the time of purchase."

"Item is good (Sony Xperia 1 VI and case), packaged well for shipping, got here in decent time once the item arrived at their store but....as the other reviews say, expect longer shipping times than advertised. I expected a long wait but it was quite a bit longer than expected, especially with my last phone being on its last legs, it wasn't ideal. Happy for the opportunity though to buy a phone that is otherwise not widely offered in our region. Responsive customer care. "Ordered my phone Sept 11th, was told 5-10 day shipping, 2 weeks later it switched to 10-25, a week after that the phone was completely removed from the website, now its back to 5-10 day shipping. Oct 1st I contacted them asking how much longer, as it had passed both expected delivery times, they told me if I chose another color it would ship sooner, okay that's fine. Told them go ahead and ship another color. It's now been a week, still no shipping date or label. Am I getting my original color now that it's back? Am I in some limbo between colors now? "

Communication over the phone is rarely taken (going to voice mail mostly), but they communicate quite fast over mail (Thanks Howard and Michael)
I received my product. Cheapest phones on the market and quality products.
Other than that I appreciate there products and company service.
I recommend for those who can wait.
Overall I gave 4/5 since I love their price and communication.
I would definitely purchase again.

"Good experience. I got my x100 ultra at a good price. The only thing is the longer shipping times than the 3 weeks time in their website. I got mine after 6 weeks. They respond to emails at least a day which is good. Only thing thing is they don't update if there is any delayed with your order. You have to ask them. Overall, it's good because they give good discounts, also if you don't mind waiting for more than a month to receive your item."
