"Excellent customer service. The reason of an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 was that I was looking for not all bic clic stic pens to be of black ink. I would have preferred for 80% to be black ink then the 20% of assorted colored ink such as blue, red, green & purple but that was not available with the 300 pens order. My ink pens needs are personal & not commercial so even though I write a lot with this type of ink pen, the 300 pens will last me until I pass away."
