"We are somewhat disillusioned and baffled by the way our order was handled. First of all, we did not receive a shipping/tracking number by email. I had to call PPL Motor Homes to find out who the shipper was and to get a shipping number. Secondly, we ordered a washer and dryer but received two dryers. We are now waiting for a washer and the stacking kit we had originally ordered. At this point I cannot give them a very good review."

"Web Site was very easy to navigate and use, the parts information and descriptions were complete and special offers were prominent. I was impressed by the very large selection of Tow Bar mounting plates available for almost any vehicle. I placed my order by phone in order to get free items offered by doing so and was very happy with Flo Martinez, the sales person who confirmed that each item number I ordered was correct for what I wanted. She was friendly, efficient and had my order completed quickly with the e-mail confirmation following soon after.

When I called a few days after to get an update on my order and projected delivery dates the customer service person was very helpful and obtained the info. for me quickly.

I would have preferred that the ordered items be shipped as available instead of waiting until all were there. And I think the recorded messages re: place in line could be a little less frequent, maybe only as the place in line changed.

Over all, I am very pleased with the PPL internet sales site and will use it again in the future and would recommend it to friends.

I haven't received the orders as yet to comment on correctness and packaging but suspect I won't be disapointed.

"I ordered the Slidewinder slide supports. They are easy to install and work well. I would check them daily to assure that they are secure. I recommend securing them to the slide rails with bungees at the top and using jack pads underneath them, also. Otherwise, they may sink in the ground and fall over against your coach, scratching the paint. (Yes, I speak from experience)
