"I too got a W3J from proportable. I purchased way back in March the 29th or 30th. It was a preorder then, when the laptop was estimated to come Mid April. But Asus Delayed untill "End of" april. I bought this laptop thinking i would be able to it with flordia with me. I was going May 10th. So i though ok i will still get it in time. Nope. Delayed again. Then it was going to arive beggingin of May and i was just going to miss getting it for flordia. Wrong again. I finally got some good news in E-mail that they were shipping my laptop on 24th. Little did i know they got a bigger shipment in and i received my Laptop on the 24th!
Through out the entire process i was Reciving e-mails on what was going on and happening. I also talked to Justin Threw Aim Many Many Times.
My experience with them has been great.
I recommend them to anyone looking for a laptop or accessory. Only thing is i dont think i will need another laptop for a long time. So i most likely will not be purchasing from them again, but i will recommend them to others."
"My exprience with PROPortable (and CEO Justin specifically) begain in late March when I pre-ordered the Asus w3j. The process didn't go as smooth as planned. The laptop kept getting delayed and the specifications even changed at one point (both of these occurences were entirely out of Justin's hands). Throughout the whole ordeal Justin was more than fair. When the specs changed he offered to refund our money. When a delay was issued he told us the day he found out. He kept us in the loop as best he could. Justin even rejected a significant shipment of another product because the specs were changed without him knowing and not up to his standards thereafter. He did so at his own expense. He may come off as arrogant at times but you will never find a better, more just, dependable, and punctual business person...what more could you ask for? "

"Bought an ASUS ensemble unit (W5F) from PROPortable. Received very helpful pre-purchase advice from the CEO (Justin) via email exchanges. Emails were responded fast (within mins), day and night & weekends! I was totally amazed and unexpected about the good & personal service they deliver, something which you absolutely cannot find in big corps like Dell. Tech support was also great. My inquiry was answered on a Sunday evening! And despite that the inquiry should be directed to the manufacturer, they offered assistance to follow up with the manufacturer in case I didn't hear from them.
