"-The product listing on their website was not clear.
-Email queries were not answered other than the generic response.
-I ordered the part anyhow.
-Part was back ordered and special ordered and I was not told.
-Shipping advice email was not sent.
-I called to cancel the order after 10 days and no updates.
-Order WAS indeed shipped but has not been rec'd. I cannot cancel or return because the part is electrical and special order. PSEP suggested I sell it on eBay.......

"They had the hard to find, expensive part for a good price with competitive shipping price options contained in an easy to use website.

I placed my order, choosing to pay for 2nd day shipping. Apparently there was a data input error in shipping calculation, so the real weight of the part would have doubled the listed 2nd day shipping costs. They called me to explain the issue and ask what I would prefer.

I asked what their experience was on the time involved in getting parts from the East Coast to the West Coast, and based on their experience I chose standard shipping for about 1/3 of my previously chosen shipping costs.

They immediately refunded the price difference, and we got the parts well within the time frame they said we would. The parts fit and function perfectly.

I have already bookmarked their site for future possible orders."

"The parts were not shipped as fast as usual. The spark plugs were shipped loose in the carton and could possibly been damaged as they were vibrated from their packaging. Just OK is what I think of this Order."
