"Got my Colorado new in 2012 and over the last few years it got a bunch of scratches and scrapes on my jobsites in Florida (I'm a contractor). Decided to do something about it so looked around and ordered a Victory Red bottle kit from Paintscratch. Got the job done. Arrived sooner than expected too. Doesn't look brand new, but sure as heck better than before.

"I had several paint scratches and places where the paint had been chipped on my bumper and along the front edge of the hodd. Along with a big 3 inch scratch on the front fender which removed the paint, I knew I had to take care of it!
I found my original Acura bottle of touch up paint, but it was completely useless as it had dried up. I then called the dealership to get another bottle, but even though my car was just a few years old, they no longer made it. They told me I’d have to purchase the paint from another supplier, but didn't say who had it.
I went to a few auto parts store and even tried one of the $6.00 tubes which was supposed to match, but it was way off, not even close. I found PaintScratch on the web, (I ordered the 1oz basecoat bottle and clearcoat) and the color match was perfect. Following their directions, I did a test paint repair on the card they enclose and I could not tell the difference between the paint they sent and the paint on my car. The paint goes on very smooth dries really fast.
I just want to tell anyone who reads this review that Paintscratch is the best place to purchase touch up paint based on my experience."
"My experience with PaintScratch.com stems from being a sports car hobbyist. I repair and sell vehicles, on average, one each year.
To get top dollar for a vehicle, the maintenance needs to be current and the vehicle needs to look good.
I initially discovered Paint Scratch from an online search for 'touch up paint'. I selected color and products and took a chance and ordered.
Over these many years, I have ordered felt-tipped touch-up pens (for minor scratches), one ounce bottles of liquid paint with brush (for chips/larger scratches), and 12 ounce spray cans (for blending body panels). And, clear coat spray cans for finishing work.
I have placed about a dozen orders for about two dozen products for about ten different vehicles.
The products have all been received within a week from the West Coast to PA.
With one exception, all paint has been a good match, and has allowed me to get my price for the vehicle being sold.
One can of paint was not correct, color was 'washed out'. I filled out their online complaint form, I received an e-mail response right away, I sprayed a sample on a piece of paper and mailed it to them. Within a week I received a corrected color spray can at no additional cost. Plus, an e-mail apology, urging me to notify them if there was any further problem.
Customer service and response time were excellent, as well as color matches.
I continue to recommend PaintScratch.com on the online forums I frequent.
Their service is personalized and top notch, consistently.
Anybody who criticizes them is just not communicating.
It is a fine company and good products to get the job done, correctly.
I have no financial interest in the company, whatsoever. Some of these low-star reviews sound like the work of trolls."
"I have a Dodge Challenger with the Hyper-black II rims. FCA powder coated only the face of the rims during manufacturing, but not the barrel and inboard rim edge, which was only primed. I called a couple of rim repair services and they would not mix any paint for me and the body shops could only match them by sight, since there was no color chip to match them. I ran across Paint Scratch.com while searching for a paint color that would match. The site reviews were excellent as was their guarantee. So, I ordered two cans. When they arrived the first things I noticed was the size of the can, the can wrapper, and the top. The top has a thin space where a paint sample is injected...a brilliant idea! WOW! It looked to be an exact match. When I began to paint the rims, I found the spray nozzle to have an excellent spray pattern and the paint matched perfectly! The paint dried to a hard finish as well as drying smoothly. I have no words other than praise for this excellent product. This company saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle. Well done Paint Scratch!"
"I ordered paint for my 2011 Toyota Rav. The product arrived quickly and was an excellent match. I tried using my local Napa Auto parts, but it didn't match my vehicle."
"I ordered paint spray to fix the bumper of my car. Processing and shipping takes forever. Once when I received my order and do all steps to start to paint white over their gray primer, after four coats I was still able to see gray primer, And of course run of the basecoat. Paint is poor quality, instruction said to spray from 6-8 inches distance. It simply give you some mist, no paint out. I tried to go little closer than I get paint leak. terrible. As i have almost basecoat done with some uncovered, transparent spots of primer I decide to order one more spray can of paint but with some kind of expedited shipment ? no way- my order was 393 on line and estimated shipping was 3 days. Next day I search locally for automotive paint suppliers and found PPG ( guess what paint scratch probably use their paint because on their webpage is PPG and SEM under SDS Information). I bought I can from PPG (15 minutes wait and $28 ) and was able to finish the job. Their paint spray comparable with Paint Scratch paint spray DO COVER. 24 hours I placed order on Paint Scratch and want to cancel order due long wait, even they need two more days to mix and ship the paint NO CANCELLATION ???????? because they work "hard".
THOSE PEOPLE A THIEVES. NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM.
PEOPLE IF YOU CAN SHOP LOCALLY. "
"I never received my order, lost in shipping I guess, and their customer service refused to deal with it. Extremely rude. Would not recommend."
"I purchased coral red for 1972 Peugeot which matches what the sample chip on their webpage show. They send orange, not even close. I believe the workers are color blind or deliberately just scamming customers."
"Ordered paint for my SAAB. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!
My car's color is metallic dark coffee. Paint received was pitch black no metallic. Called the owner. The SOB rudely interrupted me several times. I hope he goes out of business."
"Horrible Company! The paint they sent doesn't even come close to the color on my vehicle. They won't offer refund. They won't send me the correct paint. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!"
"When did Bio Pac, Inc. become PaintScratch?
I have chemical senstivities and I have used the dishwashing detergent for close to 2 decades. We purchase in 5 gallon jugs. Our most recent jug smells like PAINT. I called the company, expecting BIO Pac, and was suprised when I got the PaintScratch answering machine.
This is incomprehensible.
Caveat Emptor!
While writing this review two representatives contacted me, offering to replace the jug with a new one. They are aware a "bad batch went out" --- so if you have one that smells like paint, you might want to contact them. (Sure would have been helpful to see that on their website, or hear it on their answering machine.)
I'm waiting to hear from a manager what went wrong and the current ingredient list, before I decide if I can trust their product. I'll post again if the answers are satisfactory. In the meantime, I'm heading down to a local shop to get a substitute dishwashing detergent."
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
When I first emailed Paint Scratch they informed me that they could perfectly match my 2002 silver Mercedes for touch up work. Once applied, the color was not even close. Paint Scratch had me mail them a sample, it took them so long to respond, that the 45 days required by Pay Pal, to dispute a purchase was exceeded. Now I have to spend $750.00 to fix what they advertised, could be done for $53.00.
What a scam!! I will and would NEVER recommend Paint Scratch to anyone. "
"Ordered touch up paint off of their paint chips and was sent a completely different color. When I contacted them they pretty much said to bad, no returns. I ordered a light green and was sent a dark brown. Their return policy states they would return screw ups but they lied. DON'T BUY FROM THEM."
"One of the pens didn't work. It might have even been my fault and they shipped me out a brand new one."
"Color did not match at all. New paint peeling very easy."
