"Our store has just been reorganized and it's a lot easier to get to the items you want. It looks so much better. Associates are usually very friendly and if you ask for help they are willing to help you. I didn't have anyone come up to me and ask if I needed any assistance. I didn't see anyone on the floor. Store was not very busy at that time so dont know where they were at. It was about 2:00 pm so lunch should have been over. Cashiers are very helpful and friendly. Store was clean and well organized. I wish there were a larger selection of purses, I hate driving out of town because Palais Royal does not have what I want. We need Michael Kors for sure, everyone buys those and we have to buy online or go out of town. Overall this store has improved significantly in the last year."
