"This particular shopping experience was quick. Went for one thing and got it. However, I have a bone to pick with the administration. At most stores, rarely am I asked if I want a gift certificate and if I am, I get home having made several purchases in the last few days and have these gift certificates that don't say what they are for ??? So they are virtually useless. Is there a place I can go to find out what each one is for? Why doesn't it print out on the gift certificate? Also I made several purchases on Dec 8 and this is the 15th but the survey won't take the code number. This is the 7th day which it says is ok, so why won't it take them?"

"This visit was the worst I have experienced. The wait was EXTREME. Credit card machines were down and they could not take a check. There was no backup plan. Chase bank didn't want to answer the phone and when there was a connection the associate did not have the merchant number for the store. The lady in front of us had to leave her items on hold as the register locked up in the middle of the transaction. I understand it is the holidays, but there were not that many people in the store. Stage needs to better document their plan for unusable credit card machines."

"The sales associate was very helpful in trying to make the coupons that were sent to me work for my purchase. Even though I was not able to stack my coupons as I thought I might, she was able to use the coupon that would give me the most savings. She was also very friendly and cheerful. Love to see that attitude these days!"

"I enjoy Stage stores and have shopped at several locations throughout the city innmy teenage to adult years. Several of my family members are proud card holders of the company however this particular experience was less pleasant due to the lack of customer service from the moment of walking through the door and the dismissive attitude of the cashier who was VERY friendly and helpful towards the Hispanic women who were in line in front of me ."

"the store is very neat and organized. Super easy to find what you need. I love how the associates are willing to help you find something. Or when asked for an opinion they are very helpful and giving you an honest one. For example I needed to buy a dress for a wedding the associate went above and beyond to even help me with accessories. So I left the store beyond ready and didn't have to make another stop to get accessories. Great store!!! and very clean"
