"My store experience was great however there was a question about my credit card and my customer service phone experience was completely unacceptable. The person had attitude, was not helpful and when I requested a manager (when she clearly did not want to be helpful) She said she would get someone on the line (I believe she just put the call on hold) and I remained on hold for 20 minutes (I have the time screen shot to prove it!) I hung up. Recalled . Spoke to a very nice person. Asked again for a manager and was again placed on hold and gave up after 12 minutes. Possibly, phone customer service may be the area that needs improvement."

I prefer then toother stores mainly because they carry Gloria Vanderbilt products and they fit me. I also like the discount on Tuesdays for over 65 and thecoupons in the mail."

"I always love my experience here but it is hard to shop. I have a baby and so need a cart ans the areas are just too restrictive to take a cart inside so i dont always get to look at all the areas in the store. Also if i do go in then my babies bunp their heads or get hurt on their hands because the racks and shelves are so close to one another. Also their is always merchandise that needs to be put out that blocks half of the items i want to look at."

"I liked the store experience even though we weren't greeted. They had only a few associates working and a big crowd of people, so I understood. The manager wasn't willing to help with checking people out; he looked like he was busy trying to clean up the areas and scolding employees in front of the customers. But the 1 or 2 associates who were working registers at the time were very nice. 1 complaint about store layout is that it would be nice to have an active register NOT in or near perfume area for people who are sensitive to all the perfume smells. My husband had to leave the store, and I was getting a headache waiting in line. I'm not complaining about the wait time as the associates were doing their best to help customers with returns, etc. I'm complaining about location of register."
