"I was dismayed to hear Christmas carols being played on July 13th. That's ridiculous. Also, it didn't happen this time but many times, I have had the clerk fail to take my no thank you for a credit card until I have said it three or four times. I haven't been in lately b/c I don't like to be pressured after I have said no politely."

"A good option if avoiding the mall, however the customer service is inconsistent. Gift wrapping is offered but store didn’t have the materials in stock for all options. Limited choices of housewares and home decor."

"I am not sure if any one has said anything about Ms. Sonia but ummm it needs to be said that she has the most grateful heart. She is very respectful, helpful, considerate, kind lady. I ask that she receives a 18,000 per hour raise ( no hours cut) plus a brand new vehicle (off of the dealership parking lot) that she choices.
