"I raced to Palais Royal at 8:30 pm because my payback reward was about to expire. Trey was the sweet sales associate who greeted me as I walked up to the counter, and she helped me with my Clinique purchases. She knew I had called about 5 minutes earlier to ask if I could use my payback rewards on Clinique. She was wonderful and definitely went the extra mile to help find the items I was looking for and offered suggestions when one of the items was not in stock. She was quite knowledgeable about the products and even went to the back of the store to look for an item. Not only was she professional, she was very friendly and complimented me on my eye makeup. She gave me a few samples as well and truly made the end of my day much better as I was exhausted from spending the entire day packing up my mother's belongings to move into assisted living. Trey's beautiful smile and cheerful personality lifted my spirits! Thank you, Trey!!!"
"I was disappointed in the length of time I had to wait to checkout when there several associates just standing around and could help. Then, once I began to checkout the lady behind me starting asking about pricing for her products and the associate starting assisting her. I did not appreciate that at all. I spoke up and hope I hadn’t offended the associate but she needs to explain to customers either to wait their turn or to ask another associate to step in. I was extremely upset and will not be shopping here again."
