"My shopping experience today made me stop and think about ever returning to this store again. I have never in my life been made to feel so small. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. I spent at least 30 minutes looking and gathering things to try on but never approached by anyone about anything...not even Hi. I went into the dressing room and started trying on outfits while enjoying the music and the relaxing atmosphere when an associate banged furiously on the door and TOLD me, sternly and in no uncertain terms to hang up what I didn't want on the rack to the right when I left. No Is there anything I can help you with? No Are you doing OK in there? or anything of the sort. Totally ruined my enjoyment and I just wanted out! I opened the door and asked if something was wrong since she had spoken so sternly. She shrugged her shoulders and quipped Retired School Teacher without even offering any sort of apology for making me feel uncomfortable or attempting in ANY way to ask if I needed help. I could not get out of the store fast enough. I left the dressing room and I ended up taking one item with me to the check out but stopped on the way to the front to tell the rude associate that she had ruined my day with her retired teacher attitude and that I did't come here to be schooled. The girl at the check out was extremely nice and could see I was visibly upset and offered to call the manager but I declined, only asking for the name, so I could calm down before making my complaint at a later time. I still can't believe it!"

He had a very friendly demeanor and I very much appreciated his assistance throughout my shopping experience.
