"The store is fine, it's great actually. But the fitting rooms could be cleaned. Very dusty on the floors and they should have a dust mop run over them a couple times a day. Many people are allergic to dust and the fitting room is where people are shaking the clothing around and of course the dust will fall from the clothing. Please check the dust on the floors."

"In the past, this store has become cluttered. It had become a place I did not care to shop at anymore, so I went to another Palais Royale Store in our area. I was extremely pleased today to see how nice everything looked. I will resume shopping at this location. On another note, I would love to see a better selection of purses and wallets. "The store was down to 2 associates. It was near lunch time and only 2 associates in the store. One girl told me to complain because there are people who want hours but hours have been cut so drastically. Competitors are moving into this area and this store will sink quickly when the other stores officially open."
"For questions 10, 11 and 12 about the store associates:Perlita, store associate, was very friendly and helpful.However, the low ratings came in due to her manager, whose name I believe is Uzma. She was very impatient and condescending to Perlita in front of the customers. I had a return and Uzma was getting impatient with Perlita when she wasn't moving fast enough. I also asked to see earrings afterwards and Uzma replied condescendingly by telling me to wait and then rushed Perlita over to help me, while micromanaging her the entire time. Perlita was very friendly and my heart went out to her. I can only imagine how unrewarding it is to work for a manager like Uzma. Uzma smiles alot but her demeanor is very unprofessional so it comes across as not genuine. I actually mentioned to her that she was being overbearing with Perlita and she ignored me."
