"The Tomball location has always seemed cluttered to me. I live right by the Kuykendahl location that closed. That store always seemed better laid out and organized. The Tomball store definitely has more stock - but overwhelming at times too. Just my opinion :)"

Other than that, the store is clean, great brands and good sales often. I am pleased with all of the new brands that have been introduced and it's nice having a store near home that carries your favorite items without having to travel to the mall!"

"I have shopped at this location for 35 years. for a while in the last few years, this location really declined in quality products, cleanliness, customer service. but to my delight, there is a new manager now, and in the last several months i have seen a dramatic change in store layout, quality of products, customer service; the manager himself is constantly greeting customers and making sure everyone is being checked out in a timely manner. the store has had a welcomed makeover and i will be stopping by more frequently now."

"I just started shopping at Palais Royal this past 6 months because I am new to a Texas. Very pleased with this store. There was a very unpleasant lady manager that is no longer there and now the store is just so friendly all the time. Janet checked me out and she is so nice. The culture has really improved at this location. Due to the great pricing I shop here first before going to my old faves."
