"I was very unhappy with my visit to this store. The employees were not very friendly or helpful, with exception of the Clinique sales associate. I went in for a return and to pick up a package and couldn't get any help initially. So, I needed to shop for a few items and came back up front to check out and no one was available. I seen a sales clerk behind a counter and asked to check out for her only to respond that she was on break. She did find me an associate but was very upset that no one was up front to help and she made it known that she was not happy. First and foremost, you do not go off in front of customers regardless of how upset you are with the employees. I found everyone very unprofessional. I use to shop this location all of the time. The sales associates were always so nice and helpful. The new staff at this location are in need of some serious customer service skills."
