Customer service and shipping is garbage

"Placedand order 8 days ago still no shipping date. Got a partial order still no shipping date on remainder of order. Called today to question about order got “disconnected “ after inquiring about cancellation of order. Sellling items not in stock isn’t a good way to make customers. Next time I will pay alittle more and order elsewhere. "

My Last Purchase - Bad Experience

"On 26 April went to the new Sam Rittenberg store to purchase a gift for my wife. It was a one day sale item that the website said was "in stock". It wasn't in stock. I was told if I wanted the item I should go online and purchase it.

Which I did. Shortly after I received a "compliance" email requesting a copy of a utility bill as proof of residence. I copied our current bill and sent it to them.

The next email I received from them was informing me the order had been cancelled by them for non compliannce. Really?

I have shopped both in the Summerfield and MP stores for years and have never had a problem.

48 hours later (today) I checked my credit card account and the original charge is still listed and NO credit to the account from the cancellation.

I once again contacted PSA and inquired when a credit would be issued? I was told in 7-10 business days. So the charge still sits there.

This will be the last time I shop online or in person with PSA, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Really bad business practices.

Could be better

"Received my AR kit in a timely matter. Had an issue with a part that for the life of me, could not figure out how it got damaged that way. Poor quality control with packers just putting anything in the box. Phone call, can't talk to any body. E-mail, no response. It seems that when I posted something negative on their Facebook page, I got a response and was sent a new part. Took the weapon to the range and dang, It shoots no where near the target. set the rear site all the way to one side. A bit better but still off. Phone call, can't talk to anybody. E-mail, no response. Again, It seems that when I posted something negative on their Facebook page, I got a response. Daniel E-mailed instructions to get a return label. I followed the instructions and never herd from him again. A few days later I saw live chat open. 1st time I have seen it open. Chelsi P greeted me and really seemed to care about my issue with the rifle. Chelsi P did not hesitate. She immediately sent me a return label with instructions. Mailed it out today. keeping my fingers crossed for how long the repair might take. Chelsi P is great, who I wish I could of chatted with in the beginning."

As with many others here, horrible way to run a business

"As with so many others here, placed the order, paid in full, and nothing since. After 3 attempts finally "snuck in" on CHAT (every other time I ever tried chat was not available) with an early morning attempt. Responses were standard B.S., minimum 2 weeks "processing time"... Asked if the item was in stock, agent said "yes". Asked if the payment was received and the item paid for in full, agent said "yes". Asked how it can take 2 weeks for an item on the shelf that is paid in full to have a label stuck on, and received the same "7-10 days processing time" response.

Personally believe that these people stock almost nothing and "internet" cheap prices, then order from elsewhere; that would explain the 2 weeks processing. How does that make them any less damaging than a company like Amazon that puts every local brick and mortar store out of business? Supporting local gunshops that employ real people, have stock on hand and answer questions when I have them should be worth something? Time to start putting my money where my beliefs are.

Cancelled my order, and will pay an extra $100 for the same item to NOT be treated poorly, receive no customer service and instead keep a real business going for another day so that when I need support or assistance, I have somebody to go to.

Sorry Palmetto, your business model and customer support need to go away...
