Could be better
"Received my AR kit in a timely matter. Had an issue with a part that for the life of me, could not figure out how it got damaged that way. Poor quality control with packers just putting anything in the box. Phone call, can't talk to any body. E-mail, no response. It seems that when I posted something negative on their Facebook page, I got a response and was sent a new part. Took the weapon to the range and dang, It shoots no where near the target. set the rear site all the way to one side. A bit better but still off. Phone call, can't talk to anybody. E-mail, no response. Again, It seems that when I posted something negative on their Facebook page, I got a response. Daniel E-mailed instructions to get a return label. I followed the instructions and never herd from him again. A few days later I saw live chat open. 1st time I have seen it open. Chelsi P greeted me and really seemed to care about my issue with the rifle. Chelsi P did not hesitate. She immediately sent me a return label with instructions. Mailed it out today. keeping my fingers crossed for how long the repair might take. Chelsi P is great, who I wish I could of chatted with in the beginning."
