I have been at both the Farrow rd store and Fernandina and prefeted the customer service at Farrow. I bought one of there lower build kits for another brand lower. "I recently ordered a sp2022 just 1 week ago.my order was placed on a Friday afternoon. I called on Monday to follow up anticipating it was going to be hell getting through communicating with the staff (based on the poor reviews). I got through after about 15 minutes and he was very respectful.he tells me,you'll have a tracking number by Wednesday and the pistol should arrive on Friday to my ffl. I was skeptic,again,based on previous reviews stating they have been told things that were not true.

"I ordered an ATA 1911 in August 2014 and a SS freedom rifle kit in December of 2014. It took a couple of weeks to deliver each, but given the holidays, I thought it was more than reasonable. Being happy with their service, I purchased a scope mount and scope on sale. About two weeks after the order, I received an email saying that they oversold the product and it was no longer available. They offered me either a refund or the next model up at no additional charge. It took a while (and an email) before it showed up, but I couldn't be more pleased. I just read through the reviews and find that some of the reviewers do not understand shipping at all.
If you order AMMO, especially .22 your going to wait a while for the order, no one has it and 9 out of 10 dealers have only 10 boxes (500) rounds on the shelf.
I ordered 5.56 ammo form them and it was delivered within 5 days of my order. I just ordered a lower build kit and received my email within 5 minutes of the confirmation, the shipping is 3-5 BUSINESS days, no problem building as I go so I don't care..
But those who are whining about shipping think about what you ordered and then it will explain the delay."

"Being patient seems to be the key word. Just checked my tracking info on my recent order, and UPS indicates I will receive my PSA 16" Mid-length Stainless 1/7 Freedom Upper on Tuesday, Feb 3rd, 10 days after the order. On par with other online ordering from two big Kentucky companies, and others I have order from. This is the second Upper I have ordered from PSA. Because of my confidence in PSA, I ordered the Bolt Carrier Group and charging handle plus a bunch of great clearance items from them the next day. Tracking show waiting for UPS pick up Monday.

I am ex-military and very satisfied with the purchases. My father is also ex-military (27 years) and he loves the modern home defense shotgun I got for him. We love value mixed with QUALITY and will continue to order from PSA when I see what I want. Waiting on a Blem PSA Complete Lower to pop up to AR-15 complete the Upper I just bought.

I have not had to call customer service or do a return, so I put N/A for the rating. I put GOOD for Shipping Process overall speed, no breakage, shipping cost, etc. If that the only low score from a frequent patient customer, I can live with that.

I must admit, after reading the reviews, I was a bit afraid I might not receive them, but as someone pointed out it does say it may take 10-15 days to ship due to high volume. Anyway, I took a chance, regardless of the bad reviews, and placed my order on Jan 6th. I received them today, Jan 23nd, and I am glad I took the risk. They shipped on the 20th, that's 14 days after I ordered, which is in the time frame given in BIG RED PRINT. If you can't read and have no patience, then this is not the site for you. However, if you don't need it instantaneously, and want a good deal, then by all means order from them. I know I will be making future purchases, if the deals continue."

"Ordered a 13" Guissele MK3 rail without checking customer reviews..A few days later I read reviews and I must say I did get nervous about the order..My girlfriend called PSA and was on hold for 15 minutes and when they answered they were very friendly and helpful and told her it would take 15 days to ship the item..They sent an email 12 days from order date and provided a tracking number which I recieved the item within the 15 day time frame..I wasnt going to relax until I opened the box since Guissele doesnt make that rail anymore and to my surprise it was exactly what I ordered..Great service if you dont mind waiting 15 days for your item...Happy customer here
