"Ordered and paid for an AKV a month ago, after several emails by us as to why it hasn’t shipped to our FFL we finally got a reply that the grey AKV that we ordered was not in stock. Basically, they sold an item that they knew they did not have in stock and sat on my $900 for a month. Do no order or do business with PSA. It is impossible to get a hold of PSA as well, they have it go to a recording that hangs up on you"
"PSA policy does not recognize federal LEO’s so would not ship two, 60 round AR magazine to Colorado (state restrictions) even if official email with credentials and Supervisor letter. PSA policy only recognizes local and state officers as LEO. I found the same magazines at a lower price and mailed to me in Colorado from Proven Arms Outfitter. "

My firearm has been back twice so far now it’s worse than it was originally.
First return,firing pin kept locking up.
Received the firearm after about 50 rounds, started doing the same thing. Sent it back changed out the bolt carrier and firing pin.Now the safety lever gets stuck. Rounds jam and will not fire or eject. The top of the receiver cut the sh## out of may hand trying to eject a round.
I have lost all confidence ,security and safety in this firearm. No sure what to do now after about $900.00 later?

"Got an ar9. Doesn't fire safely, destroys bullets, jams..etc. **** gun. I am trying to return it now and they just hang up on me, tell me that they can fix it. I have never bought a gun and had it not operate, these guys are class 1 idiots that can not make a functioning fire arm, or at least not all of them. With a gun, it needs to be right. "I ordered an AK-V9 SKU: ***-***-****, clearly stated in the Production Specifications regarding the item comes with the "Enhanced Extended Safety Lever". Mine came with the Standard AK Safety lever. Previous customer has posted their AK-V9 with the enhanced safety lever. Except for mine. First off, it took a week from the time of order date to the time it was actually shipped from point of origin. Second, the Safety lever is incorrect per their product specifications. Third issue, the firearm keeps jamming. Failure to feed. I was using original PSA AKV9 Magazines that came with the firearm and two addition magazines I purchased. Failure to feed, not properly seated round, bent round in battery can be major safety issues. I have attempted to call the very first time I inspected the carbine. Instructed me to contact their Site Contact Us support assistance. I sent multiple messages when I did not receive a response from my initial message, 4 days after. Two weeks have past and still no response from my second issue. Until I discovered the firearm is Inoperable / NO GO due to the frequent jamming, failure to feed, etc. I requested an RMA for a return for my firearm to be reviewed and repaired. No response. I have given them another week. 6/5/2020 if I do not hear from them, I have no other recourse but to file a complaint with the BBB and Texas Consumer Protection. PSA products might be great, but second only to Customer Service. At least acknowledge that you are looking at the issues. Perhaps the President of the company can answer emails. You can only do so much product research and presentation when the heart of the matter is your customer service."
"I ordered a pistol and my dealer sent them a copy of his current, up to date, FFL and PSA sends me an email saying that his FFL is not current or not signed. It was current, renewed 5/2/2020 according to my dealer and good until 5/1/2023. So I told my dealer and he sent his FFL to them in 3 more emails. So today, 3 days after more FFL copies sent to them, they email me again and say the FFL is not current....contacted my dealer again and we looked at the FFL copy sent to them, it has no problems at all, it is signed and current.
So I told them my dealer is done dealing with them and I told PSA if that FFL doesn't work for them then cancel the order/
The biggest part that **** me off is they charged my CC the day I ordered the pistol (5/19/20) before saying they had an issue with the FFL.
Too big for their britches!"

"1st & 2nd time buyer. Website easy to navigate and purchasing was made simple. Shipping was reasonable considering I'm spoiled with Amazon Prime - don't expect a firearm in 2 days! Customer Service responded to my message via online form within 24 hours. Process was seamless and I already have my 2nd firearm in transit. Buying a firearm is like getting a tattoo - it's an addiction... I'll be back!"
"I was not able to see the actual total amount before I paid for the merchandise. I was sent to a page that stated that the actual price may differ? In trying to go back, becausecI didn't want to pay for something and not knowing how much it was actually going to cost. It said your order has been completed. When I looked at my bank account the amount was twice as much as I thought it should be? I tried to call them to no avail, I sent several emails to no avail, asking them not to send the merchandise. They sent it anyway. The wrong amounts and the wrong items. They say to send them an email, but I have not been able to find a way to send one? I am going to send them their merchandise back and never ever use this company again. It's to frustrating and there is no response or responsibility for any kind of service with this company. If you read reviews, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. "

"I'm done. This has got to be the worst place that I have ever did business with. I purchased a fire arm online and was told that it would take several days to shipnto the store. The thing is that it cost 17.00 to ship to their own store. Will if that was not enough , I have been waiting for over two weeks to get a response from them for pickup. I have tried calling but they direct you to only email them because they don't accept calls from online purchase s. I tried emailing several times only to be told the same thing about my order which is NOTHING! I am so fustrated that I just what a refund and will go with someone else and be done with these losers. Take the advice f I'm someone that has done more then his share of business. This is by far the WORST company that I have ever seen. I will not go back. By the way they took the money out of my account faster than anyone doing business though. They are truly the WORST!!!"
"Orders come incomplete, phones never answered, only by email. Takes several weeks to respond, still nothing. Promised to ship missing items as soon as possible, after waiting another week still nothing!

"This has been one of the most painful customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. Please save yourself the burden of dealing with Palmetto State Armory and order elsewhere. I ordered an item and cancelled it a few hours later. I received an email confirming my order was cancelled and I would have the refund in 5-7 business days. Despite them canceling the order, the order still shipped. I attempted to email them multiple times to ask what to do because the item shipped, and then again to let them know the item arrived and what to do from there. The 7 business days had passed and I had no refund in my account. I finally had to message them on Instagram just to get a response. The following Monday I got an email saying they sent a prepaid shipping label to my email address and that once they receive the item, they will process the refund. Great. Only I never received a shipping label! I have since then emailed them twice asking for a shipping label and I have yet to get a response. Please do yourself a favor and order from a different company. NOTE I would love to call and talk to someone, but they are currently not accepting calls."
"I have been shopping with PSA for a long time now and have no reason to go anywhere else. Yes, deliveries can be held up here and there but that can happen anywhere! Prices are super keen, stock levels always seem good and customer services, although busy sometimes, aim to get anything sorted out. Stores are fantastically clean and those with a range are always a pleasure to shoot at. I simply do see me going anywhere else."
