"I bought a M&P AR15 22 sport rifle online from palmetto state armory. Big mistake! I bought this rifle as a gift to my wife's birthday. I was informed processing would take 7 to 10 working days. Today, almost three weeks after the online purchase, this order is under "processing". I call the customer service and takes 15 minutes to a representative gets the call. Representatives know nothing about my order and just tell me to WAIT!!!!! Now I am just a couple of days from my wife's birthday and it is better for me get another gift for her because palmetto just lie about delivery time.
This is ridiculous!!! This palmetto just want pick your money and after that you need to wait. Palmetto has no commitment with delivery or customer satisfaction. I wrote two reviews in their website and immediately they deleted my reviews. COWARDS! They want to keep lying to customers and does not accept reviews that put a light over their scheme. ZERO STARS FOR DECEIVERS! NOW I AM FACING ANOTHER FIGHT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU!!!! I HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND NOW I AM FIGHTHING OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. "Was doing a simple FFL transfer 2 day shipping. PSA transfer guy said everything was good to go only to find out 2 days later PSA had not responded to emails from sender FFL dealer cost me an additional $55.00 for overnight. PSA transfer guy had 2 days off and then called out when my gun arrived and they told me they couldn't do transfer...naturally I went BALLISTIC. Folks I was ready to get the police involved if possible!Lucky for them they were somehow magically able to get er done. They proved to me they Don t want my business!!!!"

"I just purchased my first AR15 from this company. They send it and I could not even keep a clip in it. The clip would simply fall out. I ordered Pmags from the same company and the same outcome. I tried clips from several other companies. So I called them and they sent me a mag catch. I replaced the mag catch and the same thing happened. I tightened the mag catch up and the same effect. I called again and waited for 40 minutes before I finally got a customer service person. She was incredibly rude and told me that all they could do is repair the gun. I asked if they would replace a different gun then she proceeded to rudely tell me how it is common sense that they cannot replace any guns only repair. She was yelling (yes this all was recorded) when I questioned she hung up on me. I will never buy another item from this company again. I just spent $700.00 and was completely scammed and treated like dirt. I wish that I had never heard of this company and stayed with my local gun stores. Never again. "
"Purchased 2 inch july3, 3weeks later called them and was told ups had them stuck somewhere. Huh.never got a confirmation number to track it.2 nd call told will reship and be on my doorstep two days and will immediately send me an email. Still no bcg or email. Called again was told out of stock so had to wait three more business days.it's been over one month going to 5 weeks. Still no bcg. I use to buy lots of stuff from psa. No more, I'm done! But cheap- get cheaper. To many other companies with better quality and customer service. I guess the competition caught up to them.

"I ordered two items from PSA. One was shipped from their inventory. The other item ($17 sling) was dropped shipped from the manufacture. I receives the 1st item and the second item never came. I call PSA online customer service and explained I never recieved the 2nd item. She put me on hold for about 15 mins. When she came back she said she ran a track on the shipping from USPS and they delivered the package to my mailbox. Therefore it was my respondsibilty to resolve this with USPS. Anyone walkimg down the street could have picked up the package. What a shabby way to treat a customer.
Basically I am on the hook for a $17 sling. The moral to this story I was lucky. It could have been a more expensive item. I will never shop with PSA again. "
"Well I ordered my kit on July 2nd....it is now July 30th and I still don’t have my kit. My buddy has ordered and received TWO kits from Ceratac while I still wait for mine to arrive. I wish I had a better review, or one about the kit. Today is my birthday and I’m going to the range...without my kit, yet again. "

"PSA couldn't care less about customer service. Once they have your money, good luck. My issue has been going on since march 27th. PSA offers no help and refers me to UPS. UPS says I need to talk to the shipper. I believe PSA tries to draw things out long enough that you lose the option to dispute the charges though your credit card company. When I called in yesterday for the 50th time, for any updates, they once again referred me to UPS. The moment I mentioned a credit card dispute, I was told not to do that, and an account manager would be in touch. Of course that didn't happen so I started a dispute. PSA doesn't get to keep my money and send nothing. "
"There wasn't a way to track my order other than calling PSA by phone. When PSA sent me an email stating that my order had been shipped I wasn't able to click on the tracking number to get the shipping information (it wasn't in blue lettering as usual). The name of the shipping company was also absent. So when I called PSA to find out about my order in transit I was put on hold for forty minutes which I consider very disrespectful to me as a customer. Certainly PSA makes enough profit to hire adequate phone help. But in this day and age customer relations seem to be a thing of the past. Now my disclaimer.....I'm not very computer savvy so my inability to acquire my shipping info could have been my fault but I don't think so."
