"Our dryer broke and needed several new parts that we were able to find on part select. The website was extremely helpful for finding the right parts and had videos for how to install them. The issue came from our order being sent to the wrong location. We received an email of the package in front of an apartment that wasn't ours and when we reached out through phone we could never get a hold of a real person. We eventually sent several emails to their customer service asking if they could do anything about the issue and they never responded to any of the emails. We even reached out to the postal service that delivered the package and were told we weren't authorized to make a complaint since technically the order was made by PartSelect. It was a very frustrating experience, and it was disappointing how they handled the whole thing. The company has a great website, but customer service is just non-existent. "

I bought the parts separately just so to experiment maybe it was just one part needed, the third part purchased did the trick for our oven, which was getting way too hot, had an error message and the only way to clear the error message was to flip the breaker, the part purchased was the safety thermostat.
