"I have used you guys for years but this will be the last order. It took forever to receive it, the tracking never came through, everyone I talked to in customer service just repeated policy and gave no help. I can remember a time when customer service was state side, unfortunately the outsourcing means I’m talking to people who literally have never shipped a package in the states. No once did I feel like my order mattered, questions were never answered, overall it was a terrible experience. The package was best to hell when received also. I didn’t even open it, I paid the same amount at a different retailer and received a better part the same day. I wish I could continue shopping for with you all but you have lost my trust and my money."

If you do have to return a product to them, I might suggest using either FedEx or UPS as the USPS service can have issues which may not be easily resolved."
