I’ve been trying for two weeks now to get a return RMA your portal I could not upload pictures of the product in our boxes I sent an email as requested by you folks The gentleman I sent an email to never responded back. I will continue to try to get these parts return within a 30 day. Period but I will have objective evidence that I tried and tried and you folks failed to assist me so if I get stuck with the parts, I’ll take it a couple steps further than that"
