"This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to i's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution."

"I ordered a part online and it was the wrong part and was different than the part listed online. I tried it again to see if they just messed up the order, but again the same wrong part was sent. I called and found that the part listed online was in fact not in stock although it was listed like they had it. Add insult to injury I had to pay to return one of the parts because I filled out the return incorrectly. I knew of the mistake, but there was no way to process it again to fix my error. Just a tough way to try and get the part needed to fix my car."
