Customer service? Best I have heard of let alone experianced in years!

"I ordered a new master cylinder, when it arrived the first thing I did was place it in my Vice to Bench Bleed it. I had my bleeder hoses and fittings in place and secured so next I filled the reservoir to the full line and the next thing I Knew there was brake fluid just pouring out from between the reservoir and the Master Cylinder body right where the outlet to the rear brake system from the reservoir mates into the aluminum casting. after cleaning up the mess I got to looking down into the reservoir it didn't look right, there didn't look to be any seal around the poly reservoir. I filed a complaint and it was handled immediately and I had my refund credited the same day. Thanks Folks you restored my faith in Mankind! "

"I ordered a AC kit and it came without the compressor said it out of stock it was cheaper for kit so I had to pay more because they didn’t have what I ordered. Shouldn’t have sent anything if they didn’t have complete kit ."

No answer

"My part was ordered. I put in the correct address. But when it shipped, it said the address was incorrect. Even though it wasn't the park got returned, I never could get a hold of anyone tried their online website.I never got an answer from anybody.Therefore, I paid for a part I never received."

Wrong Part Sent

"Sent me the completely wrong part. The part number I ordered was almost identical to what they sent me, except with a dash separating the same numbers. Not only that, they didn't initially provide full refund. I had to call to ensure full refund was provided. Basically, all I got from parts geek was a waste of time on the phone with customer service. "

I will never order from this place again

"I ordered a lowér control arm for my car, but was able to find a friend to let me borrow the money to get one from the parts store. Tried to cancel my order the next day and it wouldn't let me. I had to wait to get the part to send it back for a refund, never even opened the box. Then it gives me like 4 or 5 days to get it back to parts geek or they wouldn't give me a refund. I am attending CDL school and in class 7 to 5:30 m - f. Then I had to pay 33.00 to have it shipped back. Very disgusting business etiquette. It arrived back at parts geek on the 31st and still haven't received my refund on the 2nd. I am a mechanic and I will spread the word about the crappy business practice."

"My order arrived, but box was empty. I had to reorder the part, which has not arrived yet. I had to provide pictures in order to request a refund. The refund has been approved. I'm hoping I will receive the reorder in proper packaging."
