"Ordered a set of front and rear rotors for my vehicle and the front one's were not the right size, by far. I got what I ordered, but it wasn't clear when I ordered them that the rotors I ordered were for the smaller engine version of the same vehicle. I went back thru the ordering process to see if I had missed something and no, there was no confirmation of the fitting. All that was asked is year, make, and model. No specifics of the vehicle itself. I had to get front rotors from a local parts store, mid-job, for twice the price, and am now stuck with two front rotors that I don't no what to do with."

I ask the live chat if he can take my Vin and tell me which part I need which he does and says I need the one without the off road package, which was wrong. I'm pretty sure he did that because the non off road coast 121 as opposed to the off road choice costing 61. Now they made the mistake and they want me to pay to ship it back. All they had to do was tell me they didn't know. "

I took the box to the mechanic and he discovered that one of the inner boxes had been opened an a small plastic bag with three small pieces needed to complete the job was missing. I contacted PartsGeek and was told to send the entire 30 pound box back because they CANNOT open boxes to remove parts. Evidently someone did. :-( "
