"Perfect. There is no reason to waste time when the subject is clear. I needed and bought products that were what they claimed to be, were delivered when they said they would be and have worked perfectly.

What is there we need to talk about?"

"Tracking info "bogus". USPS did not receive package until 4 days after order. First evidence of USPS actually "seeing" item 4 days after supposed tracking info issued. Impossible to track order progress almost until arrival. Not a comforting feeling when vehicle is down."

"I have bought from Parts Geek a number of times in the past, and have always been satisfied, but this time was like I was dealing with some company from another planet!!! First, they send me what I believe is the wrong item, and when I went online and "chatted" with their unhelpful employee, I ended up arranging for the item to be returned. When I asked this lazy person to verify if the part I received was equivalent to, or just like the one that I ordered, all I got was 'word salad', just like our current Vice President!! He said a lot, but accomplished nothing!! So, the item is getting returned, I am very disappointed, and have to decide if I want to continue to do business with them, or find another supplier that recognizes the customer is the one paying the bills, and should be treated professionally so as to keep that relationship a happy one!!! It's a damn shame where we are going as a country!!!"
