"I ordered 2 rear airsprings, of which 1 failed immediately. You immediately refunded my money and i reordered part & had installed. Days later the 2nd one failed. Upon applying for refund to replace i am advised that i must remove said part and return it before refund can be done! I cannot purchase a replacement without the refund. This would mean that my car would be left on blocks for whatever time it took for this, plus having to pay alot more to have this all done by the mechanic! "

Almost 2 months now. 10/14 days just a bunch of malarkey. I never even seen the parts from fed-ex my wife returned them. Told them they took to long to get them to my house.
