"Got the right part on time and quick"

"Be very careful before ordering anything from this business. I went to their website, I entered my vehicle year make, model, engine size and that I was looking for a radiator. The first option that came up said that it would fit 1995-2004 Tacomas with a manual transmission. So I ordered one, when it arrived the box was pretty torn up but the radiator seemed fine. I then removed the old radiator and installed the new one. It was about an inch and a half shorter, hoses lined up but the fan shroud wouldn’t fit. Since I installed it they wouldn’t take it back or refund me in any way. Bottom line don’t trust the PartsGeek website if it tells you something will fit your vehicle. I’m a retired vet on a fixed income and now I’m out $140 and I still need a new radiator."

After making me jump through hoops to prove I bought the kit from them, they tell me they don't have access to the installation instructions for the product they sold me. Could have told me that BEFORE making me run home to get the order confirmation and packing slip. Lousy customer service"
