"I know it was not your fault, but I paid almost $10 on shipping and I sell on ebay and I can ship 8 ounce package for less than $10 with UPS or Fedex and I am sure you have an account with either of these instead of USPS. It took over 14 days for 1st package to arrive and over a week on the other, which Atlanta USPS was the fault but still, you need to offer different shipping options if you are going to charge $10 for shipping "

I then started proceedings to return the part, and to order the correct part. After days of being passed from one to another "Product Specialist", I was allowed to return the new in the box part, but only given four days to do so. Regular mail would not have gotten the part back to the warehouse in time, since they gave me the 4 days over a weekend time period. I paid the extra shipping to get the part to them in time.

I have heard nothing from PartsGeek, as to whether they ever received the part, and have heard nothing at all concerning a refund.

I have been a customer of PartsGeek for many years, and have spend hundreds of $$$ with them. This is the first time I've tried to return a part. If this is how they treat loyal long term customers then I'm done.
