When I check the UPS link for a status report, it simply states that it is "on the way". Not estimated arrival date has been posted or emailed to me. This is an excessive amount of time for an item coming from Lenexa, KS to Tallahassee, FL. "

"I placed an order for a set of 6 ignition coils. The order I received arrived 2 days late and the packaging was damaged. When I opened it one of the six ignition coils was missing. I called to see how to remedy the issue, the representative offered 2 options, to return the incomplete set and be shipped a new set once the initial order was received or to pay for another ignition coil. Since the parts were part of a necessary repair I elected to pay for the additional part. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for this part. It is 2 days past the arrival date and I have no current ETA for delivery. Very disappointing."
