I was excited when I came home and saw that my pieces was home guess what they were the wrong stuff had to return them back and on top of all this I had to paid to have them shipped back. a lot of this $$$$. "The site didn't clearly state the mirror I bought was manually operated. When I received the product I saw it had a dummy plug with no connections to operate the mirror. When I tried to return it for a mechanically operated mirror the return process make it seem like I would never get my money back for a myriad number of reasons. Free returns seems standard but not with Parts Geek and after paying to send the package back, the communications from Park Geek makes it seem like I'm am not going to get my refund. They received the product and I'm still waiting to hear back from them if I will get my money back.

I ended up buying a replacement from eBay, and it fits great. Parts geek make you seem like a criminal from the onset! "

After several days of jumping through hoops to get parts geek to send me a RA with shipping label, they say they will refund everything except shipping. So I had to pay to receive a part I never ordered. Parts geeks should return the entire amount it cost me. "

"Part was not delivered by USPS by reason of incomplete address, despite correct address given to Parts Geek. Was told I had to reorder a more expensive part and pay for express shipping if I wanted the part soon. Since I had no money I have had to wait even longer for the refund to arrive. I've now been without my car for weeks because of this. I will not be using this site again. Absolutely terrible."
