"Ordered bug deflector for the wrong vehicle, part came in a week later, and tried to send back through FedEx, they wanted $143.50, I wasn't paying that, so emailed them, and told them the situation, they actually wanted my vin number to my vehicle, for what I don't know, then wanted pictures of the product, but I didn't open it, so sent them pictures of how the packaging was delivered, still wanted me to pay, so I called them, they basically said I'm screwed, so I emailed them back and let them know how they're treating me is messed up, and I've taken steps to fix this on my own, the next day, now they want to apologize, and still ask for pictures saying that my previous pictures were too small, so I called my bank, told my story, sent them proof of our emails, and the bank took care of the situation. Mighty funny the next day, I the return address with the barcode I couldn't get four days prior, so I sent the package back through FedEx, and I'm bout to send them the tracking number back. If you order something from them, make sure it's the correct part, or if the part is the wrong part, don't expect Amazon customer service , they're going to give you the runaround, especially for a refund, otherwise, ordering parts are legit."
