"Where do I start! I have ordered parts from many companies for many years and this was my first and last experience with parts geek. I thought I needed a part and placed an order 5 minutes later I found the part I needed in the shop. Absolutely my mistake but I called to cancel order and they said they do not cancel orders for any reason and I had to wait until the part was shipped and then pay out of pocket to ship the part back, and you must provide a tracking number or they will not issue a refund. I was talking to someone after my experience and they said that they order a kit and was missing parts and they would not replace the missing parts unless he shipped complete kit back at his own expense. They company is set up solely to protect themselves. Mistakes happen by all of us but if Parts Geek makes a mistake with missing parts you have to pay for their mistake and thats a double standard. I only lost $35 bucks but its not about the money its about good customer service. "

"Received two side mirrors for my 2013 Toyota Tundra that have the wrong connector. Parts Geek is indicating that I ordered the wrong part. I used Parts geek guide to order the parts. Hard to return the parts as Parts Geek is indicating that it is my fault the part is wrong so now I have to pay to have the parts returned at my cost. Not only are they indicating I order the wrong part they are also saying I may not receive a full refund.
I have already spent the time to remove the old mirrors for replacement but now I had to reinstall the old mirrors because of the wrong connectors that Parts Geek sent on the replacement mirrors. Not Happy at all."
