"Ordered 2013 Expedition Hood Struts @ $22+tax. Received Chevy 86-97 pickup hood struts. Checked my order and ir shows 2013 Expedition. Went to Parts Geek website for return policy & what a frustrating pain. 1st 30 day return only 2nd needed is a return # i must apply for & may take 5-7 days 3rd answer questions and provide required numbers 4th take picture and submit (how do i do that?) & without picture submitted Parts Geek will not except return or exchange part. when all this is submitted they will approve or DISapprove and notify me. If approved then " I MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING" WHETHER IT IS THEIR FAULT OR MY FAULT.
NOTE; RETURN SHIPPING IS MORE THAN COST OF STRUTS. OTHER PARTS HOUSES'S
HAVE EXACT SAME EXPEDITION STRUTS FOR A LESSER PRICE. PGs website specifies i pay return whether their fault or mine but who reads the return policy prior to purchase from a company in business since 2006. YOU'D BETTER. They sent me the first wrong item on April 19, 2024. I still don't have money back.
I received a wrong item twice. Have to package them and return them back. I didn't get either an apology or a discount for the next purchase. "

"There was a fair amount of Miscommunication among yall and myself and more problems than solutions. The refund process was even tedious until I was finally in contact with a representative that didn’t make it seem that it was my fault for the error and worked with me to finally come to a solution and expedite the return. Though I am still waiting for my refund. "
