"Ordered part and just got shipping info label created after 3 days"

"My parts were delivered immediately (I paid for an upgrade shipping). The parts were exactly as described.
They were pretty easy to install. There were no directions included or any reference to directions online. We found some Youtube videos and we were all set.

"I ordered a fan clutch, it was poorly shipped and I was delivered an empty package that I had paid for...eventually they gave me a refund for the part that fell out of the box. So I re-ordered the part, as I very much still needed it. The new part was just as poorly packaged the second time, it had split the box and was almost completely fallen out when I received the package, but not visibly damaged. Package heavier parts better!!"
