"OK I ordered a new AC Delco A/C compressor I was sent a reman which I did not want or ordered, then your return policy was hard to a non-computer guy to figure out without the help of your worker Angela W--- I would have never been able to get this returned. Very nice and helpful lady. She did recommend a different brand for $20.00 or $30.00 more but that is to me a bait and switch and last yesterday I received my return credit was approved less the shipping the price of the compressor and the tax was credited but why not the shipping this was not my fault. This was not a good experience for me. So needless to say, I'm not Happy with your company. Thank you, Steven Shingler "

I'm not finished with you yet. I ordered a part from my car. The part does not fit my car and now I just got a email and we're gonna take it to the Post Office and get a something. Something and get a tracking number and get it in the mail. And I'll take 10 to 14 additional days to get my money band my car is down why I don't mean time my car is down. I ordered the right part number to the right part for it. That will correct year of my car is correct model and got the wron the park so there'll be 2 weeks more definitely needs some improvement. I should have my money back as soon as you get the information that that box is being tracked. You take my money in a second and you won't give it back until you tend to 14 days later or kind of a justification, is that? Highly disappointed."
