"I ordered the catalytic converter down pipe for 1997 Ford Ranger. I was sent some kind of gasket kit. I tried to talk with the online help and they bascially told me told me to reorder the part and pay for expedited shipping and that I would have to send in some pictures to get a refund. I did this and they sent me for the second time a gasket kit. I call them and after waiting for someone to answer for 10 mins press the button for a call back. I believe it was something 6 hours later and they said that they do not have this part. So I had to do another refund. The first refund came but it was 65.69$ and I paid 78.66$. What happened to the rest of my money? I am guessing I will have to deal with this for the second refund also. I am just trying to fix my truck and I am unemployed now so I do not have money to throw away and all of the hassle of getting the wrong part even though the service person said the description was correct, just to get my truck fixed. "
