"I ordered a brake repair ket, i.e. rotors and pads for a 2021 Hyundai Ioniq plug in hybrid. I gave my vehicles VIN to the salesperson to make sure I received the corrects parts. I ordered the recommended kit. The rear rotors received were not the correct ones and I had to go to the Hyundai dealer for the rotors. I would like to return the wrong rotors but was told they are not returnable, being part of a “kit”. Very poor customer service."

"Ordered their "pair" of door struts for rear hatch. Installed right side. Then as I went to install left, they had sent 2 rights!! I contacted them and was finally told that , even though they were in individual boxes, they could not accept a return for a left side as they need it as a unit . However as one was now used, I couldn't do a return at all. So their mistake now cost me to order a left side unit,( not from them) which no way in heck will I use PartsGeek again!!! I will advise everyone I know how terrible they were."
