When I called they told my that they would not replace the ones that had not been installed because they were ordered as a kit, though they came in 2 different boxes. So now I have a set of rotors and brakes that I cannot use nor sell because I don't know what vehicle they belong to. I will now have to go buy a new set from a different supply house."
